About Program
The Grenada Citizenship by Investment Program was launched in August 2013. Its main objective is to attract foreign investment to support the various sectors of the Grenadian economy. The program offers foreign investors the opportunity to obtain Grenadian citizenship by investing in one of the following ways:
Оption 1
Investors who would like to obtain Grenadian citizenship under this option will need to donate to the National Transformation Fund (NTF) a non-refundable contribution of:
- 150,000 USD for single applicants
- 200,000 USD for an investor and up to three dependent family members, and 25,000 USD for each additional applicant.
Оption 2
Investors who would like to obtain Grenadian citizenship under this option will need to purchase a Grenada government-approved property worth at least 220,000 USD. There is also an additional non-refundable government fee of 50,000 USD for a family of up to four people. It is important to note that with this investment, the property cannot be sold for five years from the date of purchase.
