This investment program offers the opportunity to obtain residence permit status when investing in one of the following ways:
Оption 1
Investors who would like to obtain a residence permit in Hungary under this option will need to purchase real estate in the name of an individual, and there is no minimum investment amount.
Оption 2
Investors who would like to obtain a residence permit in Hungary under this option will need to open a Hungarian company and purchase a minimum of two properties totaling 240,000 euros or more to rent out.

Registration or purchase of a company (for the second investment option)
We register a company in Hungary Korlátolt Felelosségû Társaság (KFT) for you by power of attorney, analogous to a limited liability company, legal address for one year is included in the price. The processing time is about 20 days for filling in all forms, sending the power of attorney and registering the KFT.
Preparation and submission of documents for residence permit
We send you a complete list of documents for residence permit, check all documents and fill in all state forms for submission to the Consulate.
Receiving an entry permit for 30 days
After a positive assessment of the residence permit, you will be granted a 30-day entry permit. You need to enter Hungary to submit biometrics, open a bank account and buy a property.
